Who is realprivate.com.au and why should you use our services?
We are a professional real estate agency that charges from only $299 and $99 per month or from just $795 upfront with no ongoing costs to list your property on the main industry websites. This covers consultancy costs until your property is sold or leased, there is no more to pay.
How can this be possible? It’s too cheap, what’s the catch?
We offer the full range of services a traditional agency offers except we do not conduct the inspections. If you would like to be paid thousands of dollars an hour to conduct open for inspections then this is your chance. By not providing this single service we can charge a fraction of a typical agent’s commission saving you a small fortune.
I have seen a private sale website for less money.
The private sale and for sale by owner (FSBO) property websites simply cannot compete with industry websites particularly realestate.com.au which accounts for a huge percentage of all Australian internet property searches alone. To appear on these sites you need to be listed with a licensed estate agent.
What happens if we would like to try a local agent?
If your property does not sell, realprivate.com.au will refer you to one of our full service real estate agents and refund your upfront payment upon successful sale of your property. By using realprivate.com.au, you are not actually selling your property privately. Instead our service gives you access to 30 years real estate experience and we will advise you and help you through the whole process.
Why can you not advertise the owner contact details?
Under the Terms and Conditions of using some industry websites, private vendors cannot list properties for sale. Only licenced real estate agents can list on these websites and this is part of the service realprivate.com.au can offer you – access to the industry websites that will give you maximum exposure to potential buyers.
What other services are available and not included in the Listing and Monthly fee?
We offer to arrange a number of marketing and sales services including; contract preparation, auctioneering services, sworn valuations, property boards and brochures, photography and floor plan drawings, finance. We are paid small referral fees by the providers of these services. It is important to our business that our clients take up some of these services in order to be able to continue to offer a heavily reduced sales commission.
